Is your Laboratory accredited?
Yes. Our laboratory is accredited by the NABL (National Accreditation Board of Testing and Calibration of Laboratories) India.

How long will it take for me to receive the reports?
Reports will be delivered on your registered email id, mobile number (report link in sms) within a TAT (Turnaround time) as mentioned in the detail page related to selected test.

How will I receive my report?
You will receive reports on your registered email id and registered Mobile via SMS link from Lifenity Wellness . You can also download it by signing in to your profile in our website

What is the timing for sample collection from home?
Timing for home visit for sample collection is between 7 AM to 10 PM (in Mumbai) and 7 AM to 8 PM in other places for all 7 days a week. Kindly provide us with your complete address and the time to schedule your visit by clicking on "Book an Appointment", you can wahtsapp on given number or call us to book your appointment.

Which test commonly required fasting?
There are few tests that require fasting like:Lipid profile, Thyroid, Fasting Blood Sugar, Fasting Insulin & others. Please check the website >> test's description page to know the prerequisites.

Urine Culture and Urine Routine test can be performed with the same sample?
No, you are required to provide separate samples for both urine routine and culture tests.

What is the mode of payment to book an appointment?
We have both cash & online payment options where we accept UPI payment.

Can i modify appointment timing once booked?
No, it is recommended to cancel the existing order and book a new appointment. Cancellation of appointment before 1 hour of visiting time will be processed with deduction of Travelling Charges.

What happens to my money deducted from my account for an unsuccessful order?
We shall refund the payment in case of unsuccessful order as follows:
1. Net-Banking - 15 business days
2. Debit Card /Credit Card - 15 business days

If I cancel my order, how will I get my refund?
For cancellation of order the money will be credited to your bank account within 7-10 working days post refund initiation. Cancellation of appointment before 1 hour of visiting time will be processed with deduction of Travelling Charges.

Can I cancel /add some tests in my existing order?
In case of partial test cancellation: It is recommended that you cancel the entire order and do a fresh booking with the required tests.
In case of partial test Addition: It is recommended to place new order for additional tests required in addition to existing order.

Do you charge extra for booking done via Cash on Collection payment method?
No. However, to avoid any inconvenience at the time of sample collection (exact amount, change etc….), we always advise patients to make payments online via payment instruments such as Paytm or Debit Card/ Net Banking. There are absolutely NO HIDDEN CHARGES LEVIED from our side.
